Rauzy fractals associated with cubic real number fields
Abstract:
We prove that to each cubic real number field, we can
associate a Rauzy fractal that verifies the tiling condition. To do
so, we combine geometric combinatorial methods with a result by Dubois
and Paysant-Le Roux which states that every real number field admits a
basis with a periodic Jacobi-Perron expansion.
